Picture DH Loveland 2022.png

Dennis Hansen is a lifelong artist, poet, sculptor, former physical therapist, science enthusiast, and former health system president. He is a longtime supporter of STEMM education (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, and Medicine) and was a founding member of Frontiers in Science and Medicine, a collaborative initiative with AHC, NIH, Johns Hopkins University, the University of Maryland (Universities at Shady Grove), and multiple biotechnology companies.

Hansen’s work in Bio-Creative Fuzion explores the dynamic intersections of body, art, science, music, movement, and sacred awareness—blending technical skill with expanded intuitive and imaginative insight. Guided by principles such as Settle for More, See by Feel, and Precision Sensibility, he explores Next Generation Experiences and Solutions.

His concept of e(ai)I—expanded awareness and integrated intuitive intelligence offers a framework for shaping the future of AI and high technology by reconnecting with human perception and meaning-making. As part of this framework, Hansen emphasizes that Next Generation Solutions must also restore enjoyment, play, and personal resonance to daily life, reminding us that creativity is more than performance, but about living more fully.

At the core of this process is Precision Sensibility, where right-hemisphere intuitive sensing and personal insight guide left-hemisphere technical precision while embracing “chance” space for creative spontaneity and facilitating potential Symbiotic-to-Sacred observations, including the connections between Exercise, Endorphins, and Epiphanies.

His sculptures, created through the integrated BAMS Fuzion: Clay Body Music process, rooted in non-visual first sensory integration and visceral-visual perception, invite viewers to experience the spaces and moments where awareness, resonance, and meaning converge. This is the art of See by Feel in action: practicing Precision Sensibility and cultivating the awareness to enjoy the potential for Symbiotic-to-Sacred observations.

His Pareidolia Puzzle series of organic forms illustrates the idea that like in art and science, the body, and life, some answers are hidden in plain view, camouflaged by distractions, connotations, and bias. Some answers are only revealed when approached “upside down.”

Through Clay Body Music and Body Tours™, Hansen explores the symbiotic observations found in pareidolia puzzle-building and body-based learning, where “body-owner finesse” awareness, access, and amplitude connect across planes, enriching musculoskeletal (MSK) experience and health. These pathways illuminate the relationship between exercise, endorphins, and epiphanies.

He advocates that enriched Next Generation Experiences, Discerning Decisions, and Future Solutions will be found at the coalescence of art, science, and the sacred through integrated STEAM methods.
“What if the deeper value of art is the personal process, more than the physical product?”
